Shipping&Customer Service During Vacation:

1.We will stop shipping items out from Jan 13th 2023 because our whole company will take a annual leave for 20 days, all the shipping company will be closed by then, therefore, all the orders during this time will be putted a hold on until the vacation off. Please don't worry about your orders, we will start shipping orders out on Jan 30th 2023. Please be aware of this before you place an order.

Meanwhile, the customers service department will be off the duty from Jan 13th 2023 to Jan 30th 2023, but we will response email & message in variable interval, the answer time will be Eastern Standard Time 8 am～9 am, and 7 pm ～ 9 pm in everyday. Please don't be worries If we didn't reply to you in time, all you need to do is tell us your question, we will get back to you as soon as we can, thanks for your patience. We wii be back at Jan 30th 2023.
